Disabling a User Account

This topic describes the procedure for disabling a user account. Please note that user accounts can only be disabled by users who have access to the Administration module.

Disabling user accounts comes in handy for blocking a former employee's account, following their departure from the agency.

Procedure

• Go to "Administration -> Security -> User".
• Search and open the user account to disable.
• Check the "Inactive" box at the upper right.
• Click the "Save" button to save the changes.
